The Legend Flying Banner Scissor Base is a must-have for every flying banner display item. Made from stainless steel, the base is made up of two flat legs that connect to form an X, with a rod to secure your banner pole onto and each leg of the stand has space for the ground pegs, which allows you to secure your base to the ground with ease.
